Yay!

Meet Oscar [1], he is the first of the Vicktory dogs to pass his canine good citizenship tests and as such is now eligible for adoption! Poor little guy got to retake his test after environmental hazards like stepping on thorns and sitting on fire ants.
Any dog is capable of being a good dog, even those that had rough starts!
